Every plan includes the monthly curb report — a text with your photo and anything I noticed while I was there: a sprinkler spraying the sidewalk, a porch bulb out, rock washing into the gutter. No surprise charges. You just get a second set of eyes on the front of your house.
Adding cobwebs starts with a $15 first-visit reset. Charged once, on the same card and the same first payment as your first month — nothing separate turns up later. It pays for the extra time a first cobweb clearing always takes: the buildup that was there before you called me, which a regular visit isn't sized for. If your yard plainly doesn't need it, I'll waive it and credit the $15 back — you don't have to ask. Skip cobwebs and there's no reset at all.

What I don't do

Being upfront so nobody's disappointed:

  • Mowing, full lawn edging, or backyards — that's your gardener's job, and I'm not competing with him
  • No chemicals or weed spray of any kind — everything is pulled by hand
  • Trees, shrubs, sprinkler repairs, or anything needing a ladder

A note on edging: I hand-edge the curb line where grass creeps over the concrete, because that's what shows from the street. That's not the same as edging your whole lawn — still your gardener's job.

One honest exception: established bermuda grass and nutsedge are excluded — hand-pulling those actually spreads them. If your yard has them, I'll point it out at the first-visit quote and we'll work around it.
