How the Curb curb-appeal service works, in plain language.

The service

Curb is a Saturday route covering anything outside your fence, visible from the front. The base plan is the front door wiped down, front windows washed (up to 3, ground-floor, street-facing), porch light(s) and garage lamps wiped down, and trash bins brought up to the gate if they're still at the curb when we come through. From there you add only what your yard needs — extra windows, cobwebs cleared, the curb gutter cleaned out, the sidewalk and driveway apron blown clean — each its own line, each its own price. Every plan, base or with add-ons, includes a monthly curb report: a text with a photo of the finished work and a note about anything we noticed on the front of the property.

Weeds are quoted separately and are not part of any plan on this page. Sizes depend on how much ground shows from the street, so we send a number rather than price it here — see What's not included below.

Plans and pricing

Add cobwebs, the curb gutter, and the driveway apron together and a $2.00/month completion discount applies automatically — it is not a separate plan to choose, it appears the moment all three are on your account and is removed the moment any one of the three is dropped.

Adding cobwebs also carries a one-time $15.00 first-visit reset fee, charged together with your first month. See First-visit reset below. No other add-on carries a reset fee.

Customers who signed up under an earlier version of this plan keep the price and the scope they signed up for, for as long as they remain a customer — nothing on this page changes what they already have.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly to the card you enter at signup, starting on the day you subscribe, as one subscription covering the base plan and any add-ons you selected. Your first payment is that first month's total plus the one-time $15.00 first-visit reset fee described below, if cobwebs was one of your selections, charged together on a single itemized invoice; every payment after that is the recurring monthly total alone. The full first-payment amount is shown on the checkout screen, itemized, before you enter a card.

There's no contract and no recurring charge beyond your monthly total — cancel anytime by text or email and future billing stops. We don't prorate a partial month, but we also won't charge you for a month we didn't show up for.

First-visit reset

Selecting cobwebs cleared adds a one-time first-visit reset fee of $15.00, charged with your first month at signup. A first cobweb clearing takes longer than the ones that follow it: it clears the buildup that accumulated before the plan started, which a regular visit is not sized for. The fee is flat, it is charged once, and only when cobwebs is selected — no other add-on carries one — and it is disclosed on the pricing page and again as its own line in the checkout total before any card details are entered.

We may waive it. If a yard plainly doesn't need a reset, we credit the $15.00 back against your next invoice. You don't have to ask, and the credit appears on that invoice as its own line.

No contract

There's no contract. Cancel anytime by texting or emailing — future visits and billing stop from there.

What's not included

Scheduling

Curb runs Saturday mornings and is operated by one person. We serve the Gossamer Grove neighborhood and the streets immediately around it. When you subscribe, you're on the route — we'll confirm your first Saturday by text. If demand ever outpaces what one Saturday can hold, we'll tell you honestly before charging you, not after.
