Privacy Policy

What Curb by Doty & Co. collects when you sign up, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

When you fill out the signup form at curb.dotyandco.com, we collect:

We also record whether you opted in to text messages, and the exact wording you agreed to, so there's a clear record of your consent.

Why we collect it

Your name, address, and phone are how we build and run the Saturday route — deciding which streets get served, reaching you about arrival windows, and confirming a start date. Email is used for the same kind of updates if you'd rather not text. A yard photo, when you provide one, lets us quote your first-visit reset accurately without an extra trip.

How your photo is used

Yard photos are stored in a private bucket — not publicly accessible. They're used only for your own service record: quoting your first visit and confirming what the yard looked like beforehand. We don't publish, share, or reuse them for marketing.

We never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

No selling, no third-party marketing

We don't sell or rent any of your information — name, address, phone, email, or photo — to anyone. We don't share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. It's used to run Curb, period.

Requesting deletion

Email mason@dotyandco.com and ask to have your information deleted. We'll remove your signup record and any photo you provided.
