Curb by Doty & Co. — visit updates. This is the SMS program tied to the Curb curb-appeal route in Gossamer Grove.

What we text you

If you opt in, Curb sends you texts related to your scheduled service:

• Arrival-window notices before a scheduled visit, so you know roughly when to expect us.
• Job-completion notices once a visit is done, with a link to photos of the work in your customer portal.
• Occasional schedule changes — for example, a visit pushed a day for weather.

That's it. We don't send marketing blasts or unrelated promotions over this number.

How often

About 2–8 messages per month, depending on your plan and how many visits it includes.

How to opt in

On the signup form at curb.dotyandco.com, there's a checkbox directly below the phone number field. It's unchecked by default — you have to actively check it to opt in. It's entirely optional and never required to sign up or receive service; if you leave it unchecked, we'll reach you by email or in person on the route instead.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop all texts from this program. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email mason@dotyandco.com directly.
